We urge customers to review their orders carefully, ensuring accurate product sizing, shipping, and billing details prior to submission. In the event of returned items due to an invalid address, customers will be responsible for reshipping charges.

We strive for quality assurance, and in the rare instance of damaged items, we will gladly replace them upon receipt of a tracking number for the return shipment. Please notify us promptly upon receiving damaged goods so we can expedite the process for you. In cases where the originally ordered size or item is no longer available, we will provide a store credit as an alternative.
